About
Strategy, communication, and cross-cultural connection.
I grew up in China and built my life in the Netherlands. Somewhere along that journey, I became fluent not just in different languages, but in different ways of communicating — and I realised early on that communication is rarely just about what is said. It's about what is understood, felt, and sometimes even left unsaid.
Today, I work at the intersection of strategy and human connection. At Royal Schiphol Group, I lead integrated, multi-market campaigns across Europe and Asia — translating business goals into communication that moves people and delivers impact. Through my freelance work, I partner with organisations navigating international and cross-cultural challenges, helping them find the right words, the right positioning, and the right way to show up in different markets.
I'm drawn to the process of making things come together: bringing structure to complexity, clarity to ideas, and a human perspective to business decisions.
Lately, that curiosity has taken me deeper into how communication shapes relationships. It's what led me to Non-Violent Communication — not as a technique, but as a way of listening, thinking, and engaging more intentionally with the people around me.
Focus
Communication that brings structure to complexity and humanity to strategy.
